Each 8-week cycle builds progressively on the previous, developing well-rounded young athletes.

Master running form, jumping, and crawling patterns. Build the essential movement vocabulary every young athlete needs.

Develop lower body strength and proprioception through bodyweight squats and single-leg stability exercises.

Build upper body pushing strength with push-ups, wall presses, and medicine ball chest passes.

Strengthen the back and improve posture with resistance band rows, hanging exercises, and postural drills.

Learn to jump higher and land safely. Broad jumps, box jumps, and coach-guided two-foot landing technique.

Sharpen reaction time and foot speed through agility ladders, cone drills, and competitive shuttle runs.

Develop hand-eye coordination and teamwork through partner passing, medicine ball throws, and catching drills.

Bring it all together in a full obstacle course combining every skill learned. Celebrate progress and achievement.
