Master running form, jumping, and crawling patterns. Build the essential movement vocabulary every young athlete needs.

Develop lower body strength and proprioception through bodyweight squats and single-leg stability exercises.

Week 3 — Push Mechanics

Build upper body pushing strength with push-ups, wall presses, and medicine ball chest passes.

Week 4 — Pull & Posture

Strengthen the back and improve posture with resistance band rows, hanging exercises, and postural drills.

Week 5 — Jump & Landing Safety

Learn to jump higher and land safely. Broad jumps, box jumps, and coach-guided two-foot landing technique.

Sharpen reaction time and foot speed through agility ladders, cone drills, and competitive shuttle runs.
